Field Sales Executive - Job Description Position Overview A Field Sales Executive is responsible
for generating leads, visiting clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets
through effective communication and relationship building. Key Responsibilities Identify potential
customers and generate new business leads. Visit clients regularly for product presentations and
sales meetings. Promote company products/services and explain their features and benefits. Meet
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat
business. Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the team. Understand customer
needs and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth delivery and
service. Requirements 12th pass/Graduate preferred. Experience in field sales or marketing (0–2
years). Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Two-wheeler and driving license preferred. Salary & Benefits Salary: As per company norms.
