Job description

Key Responsibilities: Merchant Query Management: Address and resolve finance-related queries from merchants promptly. Act as the first point of contact for merchant concerns related to payments, deductions, and other financial aspects. KYC Management: Ensure all new merchants are onboarded with complete and accurate KYC documentation. Regularly update and verify KYC records for existing merchants in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Merchant Advances: Process merchants advance requests in coordination with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursals. Maintain detailed records of advances issued and reconcile them with remittance schedules. Weekly Remittances: Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate weekly remittances to merchants. Reconcile merchant payments and resolve discrepancies, if any, by working closely with the finance team
