Job description

We are hiring Customer Support Experts for our International and Domestic desks

(Voice & Chat Process) in the Travel / Airline / OTA domain. If you are customer-

oriented, tech- savvy, and eager to deliver world-class service in the travel industry,

this opportunity is for you!


Key Responsibilities:


 Provide voice & chat-based support fortravel customers with timely and

accurate resolutions.

 Assist customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and

refunds.

 Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.

 Collaborate with team leads, SMEs, and support staffto meet performance

goals.

 Maintain data confidentiality and compliance in all interactions.


Minimum Screening Requirements (MSR):


For International Desk Experts

 Experience: Minimum 1 yearin an International Contact Centre (Airline / OTA –

Flight Support) handling customers from EU / North America / LATAM regions.

 Versant Score: C1


For Domestic Desk Experts

 Experience: Minimum 6 months in Contact Centre / Customer Service (Travel

domain preferred).

 Versant Score: B2 (B1 may be considered)
