We are hiring Customer Support Experts for our International and Domestic desks
(Voice & Chat Process) in the Travel / Airline / OTA domain. If you are customer-
oriented, tech- savvy, and eager to deliver world-class service in the travel industry,

Key Responsibilities:
Provide voice & chat-based support fortravel customers with timely and
accurate resolutions.
Assist customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and
refunds.
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with team leads, SMEs, and support staffto meet performance
goals.
Maintain data confidentiality and compliance in all interactions.
Minimum Screening Requirements (MSR):
For International Desk Experts
Experience: Minimum 1 yearin an International Contact Centre (Airline / OTA –
Flight Support) handling customers from EU / North America / LATAM regions.
Versant Score: C1
For Domestic Desk Experts
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Contact Centre / Customer Service (Travel
domain preferred).
Versant Score: B2 (B1 may be considered)
