Position - Counselor

Reporting To Center Manager Work Locations Mumbai - Andheri/ Borivli / Charni Rd Years of Experience - Minimum1-3 Years. Preferred experience in the education industr , Experience in the education industry is not necessary for excellent candidates. Qualification Graduate Shift / Work Time Day Shift. 11.30 to 8.00pm. Sunday Working. Any other day, weekly off. Gender Preference Male / Female - Both OK. Salary Range 25-30k Counsellor Minimum1-3 Years. Preferred experience in the education industry. REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES ● Good English Communication Skills. ● Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets ● Good at working in a Team ● Strong focus on Customer Service ● Strong interest in providing guidance & education RESPONSIBILITIES ● Implement the academic process at the center ● Interact / Conduct Orientation with Students, Parents & Faculties to deliver Academic Outcomes ● Maintain Attendance, Class Test Marks & Homework in ERP and Google Sheets ● Track Academic Performance of students and mentor them to improve it ● Provide guidance to students & parents on design careers, colleges & entrance exams ● Help resolve queries & concerns of students, parents & faculties ● Conduct activities at center / outdoors for student engagement ● Manage WhatsApp groups of students and parents ● Assist in the day-to-day administration of the center ● Work in a team and help others, whenever required.
