JD- Cyber security Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities

· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed $1 million in annual cybersecurity services revenue targeting mid-market and enterprise clients in BFSI and Hi-Tech sectors.

· Client Engagement: Leverage an established network of CIOs and CISOs to build long-term relationships and uncover high-value opportunities.

· Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

· Solution Selling: Articulate Scybers' value proposition, focusing on SOC/MDR, Security Engineering and Cloud Security solutions.

· Negotiation and Closing: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.

· Market Insights: Continuously research and provide insights on industry trends, competitive threats, and customer needs to enhance the value of Scybers' offerings.

· Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  1. 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or cybersecurity.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.




  1. Existing relationships with CIOs, CISOs, or decision-makers in BFSI, technology, or similar sectors.
  2. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  3. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
