Role Summary

We are seeking qualified and committed Production Supervisors to manage shop-floor operations across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes. The ideal candidateshouldpossesshands-onexperienceincompositeproductionandtheabilitytoleada team towards achieving daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines(SMC, DMC, BMC, Hand Lay-up).

 Ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.

 Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.

 Coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.

 Maintain production records, logbooks ,and shift reports.

 Train, guide ,and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

 Implementandmaintain5Sandworkplacedisciplineacrossassignedlines.

 Supportpreventivemaintenanceplanningandrawmaterialrequirementreporting.

Candidate Profile

 Education:Diploma/ITI/B.TechinMechanical,Polymer,orProductionEngineering.

 Experience:2to3yearsinFRPmanufacturingprocesses–specificallyPultrusion,SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up.

 Skills Required:

o Technicalunderstandingofcompositemanufacturing
