Welcoming and assisting visitors in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Receiving, Sorting, and Distributing daily couriers & deliveries from our HQ.
• Undertaking all front desk coordination & requests specially from leads.
• Managing the conference room availability via scheduler.
• Maintaining the attendance.
• Maintain the decorum at the front desk.
• Attending all incoming calls.
• Maintain records of visitors daily
