Maintenance manager

Job description

Managing the operation & maintenance of Lighting & distribution, Diesel Generators, Electrical distribution panels, UPS, Air Compressors, access control system, CCTV, Fire safety systems, building repairs etc.,  Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues  Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities  Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)  Manage relationships with contractors and service providers  Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities  Ensure health and safety policies are complied with  Interface with Gas Utility & Electricity Utility agencies  HVAC systems’ compliance with respect to cold chain management  Vendor Agreements review, renewals from time to time & working closely with purchase team for release of PO’s release  Driving continuous improvement initiatives in the Facilities domain and maintaining a high level of internal customer satisfaction  Adherence to the approved budget with primary responsibility for the monthly facilities management report, including an overall summary of operations  Monitoring and inspection of buildings and premises for safety issues, promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and good environmental practices.
