About the Role
We are hiring Consultants for our Ivy League & Premium Universities team. This role focuses on high-ticket
consultative sales and premium student engagement, working with high-intent leads and driving revenue outcomes
while maintaining a strong student-first approach.
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities
• Drive high-ticket, consultative sales conversations with prospective students and parents, converting qualified
leads into premium paid consulting engagements.
• Achieve intake-wise revenue, conversion, and enrollment targets across admission cycles through effective,
ethical, and student-centric selling.
Requirements
• Graduate/MBA in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in overseas education consulting, premium counselling, or high-ticket sales.
• Proven ability to manage high-value clients and complex consultative sales cycles.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment while prioritizing student experience.
