Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities and partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to drive growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market segments.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

• Drive sales efforts and lead the sales team to achieve targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Develop and execute sales plans, proposals, and presentations.

• Identify potential partners and alliances to expand business reach.

• Negotiate and manage partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and initiatives.

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.

• Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

• Contribute to the development of the company’s business strategy.

• Analyze business performance and provide insights for improvement.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Proven experience (5+ years) in business development

• Experience in IT Product based sales.
