Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Sales associate to drive

sales at FITTR retail outlets - Hyderabad and Delhi. The ideal candidate will have prior

experience in electronics sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong

customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the brand ambassador of FITTR at the retail store.

● Promote and sell FITTR services and products (HART Smart Ring, Sense Scale,

diagnostics, coaching, etc.).

● Engage customers by explaining product features, benefits, and usage.

● Achieve monthly sales targets with incentives linked to performance.

● Maintain product display, stock management, and store hygiene.

● Report daily sales and customer feedback to the team.

Requirements

● Experience: 2–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or

consumer tech.

● Languages:

○ Hyderabad – Telugu & English

○ Delhi – Hindi & English

● Strong communication and persuasion skills.

● Passion for sales, customer engagement, and technology-driven products.

● Positive, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
