About the role

We are looking to employ a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of field sales representatives. The area sales manager's responsibilities include delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and preparing concise sales reports. You should also be able to develop as well as modify customer frequency plans as needed.

Keys &Responsibilities

1. Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
2. Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
3. Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
5. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
6. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
7. Servicing the needs of your existing customers
8. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Location

1. Area of Operations of Delhi-NCR and Expenses will be paid on actual basis.

Qualification & Expectations

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of Industrial products to the process Industry.
3. Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
4. Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Exceptional customer service skills.
7. Candidates must have effective communication skillsand negotiation skills.
8. Candidates must have their own vehicle to travel anywhere.

Candidate Age : 25 to 35 years

Preferred : Candidates having exposure in Dealer Network in interior decorative building material.
