Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive (Export Market) to drive international business growth for our FRP and SMC product lines. The role involves developing export leads, contacting foreign buyers, coordinating with export houses, and promoting Dudhi’s product range across targeted geographies. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international B2B marketing, exports coordination, and client relationship management in the composites or building materials industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. International Business Development • Identify and develop new export markets for FRP & SMC products. • Build and manage relationships with exporters, importers, distributors, and international contractors. • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and video meetings with potential overseas buyers. • Negotiate pricing, product specifications, and commercial terms with clients. 2. Market Research & Strategy • Analyze export trends, country-wise import data, competitor pricing, and target markets. • Recommend region-specific sales strategies and promotional campaigns. • Collaborate with management to set export targets and pricing structures. 3. Export Documentation & Coordination • Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for Proforma Invoices, LC, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc. • Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, and export consultants. • Ensure compliance with export regulations, INCOTERMS, and client-specific requirements. 4. Marketing & Promotion • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and online export platforms (IndiaMART Global, Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc.). • Develop marketing materials, product presentations, and digital campaigns for global buyers.
Manage company profiles on export portals and social media for lead generation. 5. Coordination & Reporting • Collaborate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution. • Maintain CRM data and prepare monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, and sales forecasts. • Provide weekly updates to management on export inquiries and progress. Qualifications & Skills: • Graduate / MBA in International Business, Marketing, or related field. • 6-8 years of experience in export sales or international marketing in FRP/SMC, construction, or polymer-based industry. • Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, export documentation, and logistics coordination. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online export portals. • Knowledge of composite or building material products is preferred. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
