RoleSummary:

WeareseekingaskilledandexperiencedSeniorElectriciantoleadelectricaloperations atourperfumemanufacturingfacility.Thisroledemandshands-onexpertisein

industrialautomation,preventivemaintenance,andteamleadershiptoensuresmooth functioningofallelectricalsystemsacrossproductionandutilityareas.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. Overseeelectricalmaintenanceformachineryinvolvedinmixing,blending, filling,labeling,andpackaging.
2. Manageutilitiesincludingcompressors,HVACsystems,boilers,andDGsets.
3. Diagnoseandresolveelectricalbreakdownsswiftlytoreduceproduction downtime.
4. EnsureoptimalperformanceofPLC-controlledequipment,automationpanels, and safety interlocks.
5. Developandimplementpreventivemaintenanceschedules.
6. Monitorelectricalloaddistributionandpromoteenergy-efficientpractices.
7. Ensurecompliancewithelectricalsafetystandardsandstatutoryregulations.
8. Mentorandsupervisejuniorelectricians,fosteringskilldevelopmentand knowledgesharing.
9. Collaboratewithproductionandqualityteamsduringequipmentinstallations andupgrades.
10. Maintaindetailedrecordsofbreakdowns,repairs,andmaintenanceactivities.
11. Assistinplanningandexecutingplantexpansionandequipmentupgrades.

QualificationssExperience:

1. ITI/Diploma/BEinElectricalEngineering.
2. 5–8yearsofhands-onindustrialexperience,preferablyinFMCG,chemical, perfume, or cosmetics sectors.
3. Proficientinindustrialautomationsystems,controlpanels,PLCs,MCCs,VFDs, andpowerdistributionnetworks.
4. Strongabilitytointerpretelectricalschematicsandtroubleshootindependently.
5. Provenleadershipskillswithexperiencemanagingateamofelectricians.
6. In-depthunderstandingofsafetyprotocolsincludinglockout/tagoutprocedures.
7. Willingnesstoworkduringemergencybreakdownsandplantshutdowns.
