Job Responsibilities:-
Rajpal Group
 ASM has to control the whole Punjab State.
 Monitoring the regular working of Sales officers.
 Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement
 Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the 
assigned area.
 Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales 
performance.
 Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business
 Checking & helping team to achieve the targets.
 Looking & maintaining new avenues for company.
 Checking & filling the business gaps on time
