2.0 Department : Quality Control & Assurance

Duty Hours: 8.5 hr. Full Time

4.0 Reporting to Manager QA/QC Reporting Matter : -- 1. – Inspection schedule  Drive continual improvement to produce zero defect product  Establish Robust QA/QC system 2. – Quality Deviation 3. – Customer / field issue 5.0 Education Qualification : B.E. (Mechanical)/D.M.E. 6.0 Experience Required 0-3+ Year of Experience 7.0 Skills required for position 8.0 Training to be availed for the position  Communication Skill  Knowledge of Specification / Code / Other client Requirements  ASNT SNT TC-1A Level-II in PT, RT, UT and MP  Knowledge of ERP system  QC Process & Final Inspection  Preparation of ITP  Preparation of NDE / Examination Procedure  DE & NDE Examination  Handling of Client / TPIA / Vendor  Review of laboratory, Vendor Documents & acceptance of Compliance  Instrument Calibration  Follow-Up  Leadership Development 9.0 Responsibilities :  Implementation of the Quality Control System.  Reviewing Customer requirements, P.O., Specification and ensuring for fulfillment.  Ensure Reduction in customer complain & Prompt resolution when required.  Preparation of PQR, WPQ, QAP, ITP etc.  Identifying Problems Related to Quality & to initiate, recommend & Provide solutions.  Develop of PR with Client and TPIA  To Maintaining the safe environment at workplace EHS Follow EHS related rules & regulations Follow IMS policy & procedures
