Job Title - IT Manager / Senior IT Executive – Lending Systems

Department - Information Technology (IT)

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose

To manage, maintain, and enhance IT systems and applications supporting the end-to-end system uptime, data security, regulatory compliance, and drive process automation to improve operational efficiency in the lending business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance & Security
2. Support Compliance with RBI IT & Digital Lending Guidelines
3. Data privacy and information security standards
4. Manage data backup, disaster recovery, antivirus control to ensure system compliance, and system security protocols.

1. Vendor & Infrastructure Management
2. Manage IT vendors, hosting providers, and software partners.
3. Monitor servers, cloud infrastructure (AWS)
4. Ensure system scalability during peak disbursement periods.

1. IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management
2. Manage IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and networking equipment.
3. Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of:
4. Operating systems, antivirus, and licensed software
5. LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and firewalls
6. Maintain Asset inventory and AMC records.

Required Skills

1. Basic understanding of databases (SQL)
2. Hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting
3. Familiarity with APIs and integrations (preferred)

Soft Skills

1. Problem-solving mindset
2. Good communication and coordination skills
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualification

1. Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech / MCA in IT / Computer Science or related field

Experience

1. 3–5 years of IT experience

1–2 years in NBFC / Lending / FinTech environment preferred
