• Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

• Qualification: Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in marketing, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or fragrance industry

• Gender: Male

• Age Range: 30 – 42 years

• Salary: ₹6 LPA CTC


Role Overview

As the Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive product sales, and strengthen customer loyalty. You will lead campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, manage product launches, and collaborate closely with sales, RCD, and creative teams.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive brand growth, channel expansion, and customer engagement across domestic and international markets.

• Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies for perfume product lines

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity

• Lead new product launches, from concept to shelf, including packaging, pricing, and promotion

• Manage ATL/BTL campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing initiatives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using CRM tools and data analytics platforms

• Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing with fragrance innovation

• Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events


Required Skills s Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour in the fragrance or FMCG sector

• Strong sales and negotiation capabilities to support channel growth

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools

• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong analytical abilities

• Familiarity with packaging trends, especially in luxury or personal care products


Preferred Attributes

• Experience in perfume, cosmetics, or personal care industries

• Experience in working in both B2B and B2C segments.
