Repair & Maintenance Executive

What are we looking for?
We are looking for dynamic Repair & Maintenance to help us train and keep our employees at their
optimum potential and hence attain our business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on the store's facilities, including lighting, AC,
plumbing, Refrigerator, electrical systems, GSB, Shutter.
• Identify and engage with external vendors for specialized repair and maintenance tasks.
Maintain vendor relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best pricing and service
terms for maintenance of AMC and repair services.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on store fixtures, shelving, displays, and any other
store-related equipment.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and protocols.
• Keep track of maintenance record keeping and repair supplies, and order new parts or
equipment as needed.
• Prepare and submit bills and invoices related to maintenance and repair work to the
Accounts department for processing.
