Job Title: Brand Manager – Influencer Marketing (Execution/Account Management)
Location: Mumbai (On-site/Hybrid as per business need)
Experience: 2–4 years
Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
Role Summary
looking for a Brand Manager – Influencer who is strong in campaign execution and
account management. You’ll be responsible for running influencer campaigns end-to-end for
assigned clients—coordinating creators, managing timelines, ensuring quality delivery, and reporting
outcomes. This is an execution-heavy role suited for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and
great at client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end: creator sourcing, outreach, coordination, tracking
deliverables, and closures.
Client/account management: manage day-to-day client communication, updates, and
expectations.
Creator coordination: follow-ups for content drafts, revisions, posting schedules,
links/codes, and
approvals.
Briefing & quality checks: ensure creators follow brand guidelines, talking points, and
compliance requirements.
Campaign tracking & reporting: maintain trackers, collect insights/screenshots/links, and
build performance reports.
Internal coordination: work with creative/design/performance teams for briefs, scripts,
hooks, and post-campaign learnings.
Database management: maintain creator lists, rates, categories, past performance, and
campaign history.
Process discipline: follow SOPs, keep documentation clean, and ensure no deliverables slip.
What We’re Looking For
●2–4 years experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, or account management
(agency/brand side).
●Strong execution skills: timelines, follow-ups, and multi-campaign handling.
Good communication and stakeholder management (clients + creators).
Comfortable working on Excel/Google Sheets Trackers and basic reporting decks.
Understanding of Instagram & YouTube creator ecosystems (micro to macro).
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Good to Have :
Experience working in a marketing/creator agency environment.
Basic knowledge of UTMs, coupon codes, tracking links, and performance metrics.
Familiarity with contract basics, invoicing coordination, and negotiation support.

Creator/content quality adherence to brief
Clean tracking + accurate reporting
