We’re hiring a Business Development Manager who will support digital outreach, marketing campaigns, content strategy, and lead generation. You’ll play a hand-on role in building client relationships, managing growth pipelines and advancing GreenFi’s mission in the climate action space. This is a dynamic, learning-rich internship opportunity ideal for candidates interested in business development, marketing, ESG and sustainability-focused innovation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaigns & Client Engagement: Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring digital marketing and outreach campaigns Manage lead generation, CRM tracking and engagement funnels Support sales pipeline creation, opportunity mapping, and revenue forecasting Establish channel partnerships 2. Content & Branding: Prepare content for blogs, social media, email campaigns and reports Assist in developing branding and messaging aligned with our sustainability mission Contribute to A/B testing and campaign optimisation to increase visibility and lead conversion 3. Operational & Digital Marketing Support: Help oversee campaign budgets and performance analytics Maintain and update CRM systems and digital marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Apollo, Instantly) Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Go-To-Market (GTM) execution and reporting Submission of Tenders/ RFP’s What We’re Looking For: Strong communication & storytelling skills especially in writing clear, concise and impactful content Deep interest in climate action, ESG and sustainability Motivated, organised and able to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment Experience (or keen interest) in digital marketing, social media and B2B campaigns Bonus: Familiarity with email tools (e.g. Instantly, Apollo), CRM software and growth analytics
