Job description

Lead and manage all day-to-day service activities at the plant.  Oversee warranty processes, claim validation, approvals, and settlements.  Manage spare parts planning, inventory control, demand forecasting, and dispatches.  Coordinate closely with production, quality, and R&D teams for service-related improvements.  Strong understanding of EV vehicle specifications, components, and diagnostics  Track service KPIs including TAT (Turn Around Time), warranty cost control, and parts consumption.  Monitor performance of service teams across locations and ensure achievement of service targets.  Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring service quality norms.
