Job description

1. Monitor and support Orchestrator workflows, process executions,

queues, and system integrations to ensure continuous and error-free

operations.


2. Troubleshoot issues within ISPC modules, resolving workflow failures,

configuration errors, and integration defects across

upstream/downstream systems.


3. Investigate and resolve application issues involving Java, Spring Boot,

REST APIs, Angular, NodeJS, SQL, and MongoDB.


4. Analyze logs, application traces, API responses, and error patterns to

identify root causes and either resolve or escalate appropriately.


5. Perform data validation and debugging using SQL and MongoDB

queries to diagnose data mismatches, missing records, or processing

failures.


6. Support front-end issues related to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular,

including UI rendering problems and API integration defects.


7. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to validate and

deploy patches, fixes, configurations, and enhancements using Git-

based CI/CD pipelines.


8. Execute daily health checks, API monitoring, job/batch validations,

and environment readiness checks after deployments or maintenance

windows.


9. Handle P1 and critical incidents, being available for on-call support

during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.


10. Follow established Incident, Problem, and Change

Management processes with accurate and timely ticket updates.


11. Provide clear communication to business stakeholders, technical

teams, and incident bridges, ensuring transparency and timely status

reporting.


12. Work independently to triage issues, drive quick resolutions, and take

full ownership of incidents until closure.


13. Create and update runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles to

improve support efficiency and reduce repeated incidents.


14. Participate in post-incident reviews (PIRs), contributing analytical

insights and preventive recommendations.


15. Show strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to

quickly learn new tools, technologies, and platform enhancements.


16. Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening,

professionalism, and a proactive, self-motivated approach in a fast-

paced support environment.
