What You Will Accomplish ● Develop AI-Powered Sustainability Solutions: Design and implement AI systems that analyze ESG data, climate disclosures, and sustainability risks to provide intelligent insights and recommendations. ● Integrate Global Standards: Build frameworks that align with major regulations (SEC, EU CSRD, California SB 253/261, IFRS S1 & S2, BRSR, etc.). ● Advance Climate & ESG Intelligence: Enhance AI reasoning to support complex domains like carbon accounting, supply chain emissions, and regulatory reporting. ● Collaborate Across Domains: Work closely with product engineers, climate scientists, and ESG experts to translate sustainability requirements into scalable AI solutions. ● Own Model Pipelines: Manage end-to-end data pipelines for LLMs and ESG models—from curation of sustainability datasets to fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment. ● Create Trustworthy AI Frameworks: Establish robust evaluation and assurance methods to ensure ESG reporting is transparent, accurate, and compliant. What We Are Looking For ● Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI/ML, Data Science, Climate Science, Sustainability, Finance, or related fields. ● Experience in AI & ESG Systems: Proven track record developing or deploying advanced AI/ML systems in complex industries (finance, compliance, climate, or sustainability). ● Expertise in Model Optimization: Strong skills in fine-tuning LLMs, domain-specific models, and applying them to sustainability/ESG use cases. ● Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ESG frameworks and climate disclosure requirements (SEC, CSRD, IFRS, BRSR, GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.). ● Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to measure meaningful ESG metrics, create risk models, and integrate insights into user-facing solutions. ● Impact Orientation: Passion for climate-tech and sustainability with a strong belief in technology’s role in solving global challenges.
