Job description
A Loan Sales Executive drives revenue by selling financial products (home, personal, mortgage loans) through lead generation, client engagement, needs assessment, and guiding them through the application/disbursement process, while building strong relationships with clients and partners (developers, agents) to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Key duties involve field visits, documenting applications, cross-selling other products (insurance, FDs), and staying updated on market trends and regulations, often with incentives on top of salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Source new clients via open market, field visits, partners (developers/agents).
- Client Engagement: Meet potential borrowers, understand needs, provide loan info, and advise on options
.
- Sales Process: Guide clients from application to disbursement, verify documents, and process files.
- Target Achievement: Meet individual and team sales targets for loan products.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business/referrals and with partners.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell related products like insurance, fixed deposits, etc..
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain records, generate reports, and stay informed on financial regulations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in home, mortgage, or personal loan sales is often required.
- Education: HSC or Graduation is a minimum, with degrees preferred for senior roles.
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of loan products, financial regulations, and market trends.
