Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Lead the charge in generating leads, prospecting, and converting opportunities into closed deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of internship experience in Sales & Marketing (or) Freshers with relevant sales/marketing projects.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a passion for achieving goals and driving results.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic digital marketing tools (CRM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with different departments and contributing to team success.
