Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

Qualification :- Any

Experience : 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Merchandise Planning & Allocation

Develop merchandise plans based on sales trends, seasonal demand, and store needs.

Allocate stock to stores ensuring optimal assortment and replenishment.

Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

  1. Product & Sales Analysis

Track and analyze sales data, sell-through, and inventory reports.

Recommend pricing, promotions, and markdown strategies to increase turnover.

Identify fast- and slow-moving items and take corrective action.

  1. Reporting & Forecasting

Prepare weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports.

Forecast future product demand and support seasonal buying plans.
