Role Overview
MBO (Multi Brand Outlet) is a newly introduced retail format initiated this year. With the increase in store count and the planned alignment of additional counters in the coming year, the organization requires a dedicated MBO Executive. The role will report directly to the reporting manager and will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and improving sales and operational performance across MBO locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collect and consolidate weekly and monthly sales and stock reports from all assigned retailers/stores.
2. Obtain competitor sales reports from the Area Manager on the 15th of every month and on a monthly basis to analyse performance, identify improvement areas, and highlight concern stores.
3. Coordinate with internal teams regarding offers, schemes, and promotions and ensure timely communication to stores.
4. Communicate regularly with store staff on sales performance, targets, and display/VM standards.
5. Prepare and share a weekly Visual Merchandising (VM) display PPT to improve the look and feel of MBO sections and support sales enhancement.
6. Assist in and conduct training sessions for store staff on MBO-related processes, sales practices, and display standards, jointly with the reporting manager.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Basic understanding of retail sales, VM, and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple stores and stakeholders
Experience & Qualification
• Experience in retail operations, MBO handling, or sales coordination will be preferred
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
