Role Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager & Specialist – Integration Process to manage end-to-end integration of marketplaces, websites, ERP systems, logistics, and payment gateways. The role requires strong coordination with internal tech teams and external partners to ensure smooth data flow, order processing, inventory sync, and operational efficiency across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Integration & Technical Coordination:

Manage integration of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) with ERP/OMS/WMS systems

Coordinate with tech, product, and third-party integration partners (API-based tools, connectors, middleware)

Ensure seamless sync of orders, inventory, pricing, invoices, and returns

Troubleshoot integration issues related to order failures, stock mismatch, and data delays

Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations post-integration

Ensure correct product mapping (SKU, HSN, GST, pricing, variants)

Monitor SLAs, order TAT, cancellation, RTO, and return workflows

Manage catalog onboarding and bulk uploads during integrations

Design and improve SOPs for e-commerce integrations and operations

Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual intervention

Ensure compliance with marketplace and GST requirements

Act as a bridge between business, tech, operations, finance, and logistics teams

Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment and return integrations

Work closely with finance for reconciliation, settlements, and invoicing flows

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations, or related field

Strong understanding of e-commerce integration architecture (API, ERP, OMS, WMS)

Hands-on experience with Shopify, marketplaces, and ERP integrations

Knowledge of GST, invoicing, settlement cycles, and returns process

Excellent coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in SaaS or ERP-based e-commerce solutions

Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows

Startup experience is a plus
