Job description

Key Responsibilities

 Counsel students and parents on available online courses, programs, and learning plans

 Understand students’ academic interests, strengths, and career goals

 Guide students in selecting suitable courses and learning paths

 Provide information about course structure, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes

 Follow up with students to ensure engagement and progress

 Address student queries and concerns via calls, chats, or video meetings

 Maintain accurate student records and counselling reports

 Collaborate with sales, academic, and support teams

 Participate in webinars, orientation sessions, and student outreach programs

Required Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to explain academic concepts clearly and patiently

 Basic knowledge of online learning platforms and digital tools

 Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills

 Comfortable working with students of different age groups

Preferred Skills

 Min 1 year of experience in student counselling, education, or EdTech

 Familiarity with career guidance or academic advising

 Ability to handle targets and performance metrics
