Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Software Engineer / Full-Stack Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to build, enhance, and scale high-impact software solutions. The role involves complete ownership of the development lifecycle and close collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end software development: design, development, testing, deployment, and support
2. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
3. Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend integrations
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
5. Work closely with internal users to convert business needs into technical solutions
6. Follow security-first coding practices and engineering best standards
7. Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills

1. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software / full-stack development
2. Strong experience in PHP, JavaScript, and Python
3. Good understanding of backend services, REST APIs, and frontend integration
4. Hands-on experience with Linux command-line tools
5. Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS
6. Experience building secure and scalable systems
7. Exposure to AI tools / LLMs for productivity and code improvement
8. Familiarity with version control, testing, and deployment processes
