Key Responsibilities

 Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation

 Ensure timely availability of vehicles as per demand

 Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and operations teams

 Track vehicle movement and update records

 Monitor fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and vehicle documents

 Handle supply shortages and arrange replacements when required

 Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines

 Prepare daily operational and performance reports
