Job Summary
The Center Manager is responsible for driving admissions, revenue growth, and ensuring smooth
day-to-day operations of the coaching center. This role combines strong sales leadership with
operational management to deliver business targets while maintaining a high-quality student
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
Own and achieve monthly and annual admissions and revenue targets
Lead the sales and counseling team to maximize lead conversions
Conduct student and parent counseling sessions
Monitor lead funnel, follow-ups, and conversion ratios using CRM tools
Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and promotional activities
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and local influencers
Center Operations Management
Manage end-to-end center operations (offline/online/hybrid)
Ensure smooth execution of classes, tests, and academic activities
Maintain infrastructure, classrooms, systems, and learning tools
Implement and monitor operational SOPs and company policies
Team Leadership & Performance
Recruit, train, and manage sales, academic, and administrative staff
Set individual and team performance targets
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
Ensure staff discipline, productivity, and motivation
Student & Parent Experience
Act as the escalation point for student and parent concerns
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention
Conduct parent meetings, feedback sessions, and review meetings
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Education, or a related field
2–7 years of experience in sales and operations management (EdTech/coaching
preferred)
Strong sales leadership and negotiation skills
Experience in managing targets, funnels, and CRM systems
Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
