Job description

Job Summary

The Center Manager is responsible for driving admissions, revenue growth, and ensuring smooth

day-to-day operations of the coaching center. This role combines strong sales leadership with

operational management to deliver business targets while maintaining a high-quality student

experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management

 Own and achieve monthly and annual admissions and revenue targets

 Lead the sales and counseling team to maximize lead conversions

 Conduct student and parent counseling sessions

 Monitor lead funnel, follow-ups, and conversion ratios using CRM tools

 Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and promotional activities

 Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and local influencers

Center Operations Management

 Manage end-to-end center operations (offline/online/hybrid)

 Ensure smooth execution of classes, tests, and academic activities

 Maintain infrastructure, classrooms, systems, and learning tools

 Implement and monitor operational SOPs and company policies

Team Leadership & Performance

 Recruit, train, and manage sales, academic, and administrative staff

 Set individual and team performance targets

 Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions

 Ensure staff discipline, productivity, and motivation

Student & Parent Experience

 Act as the escalation point for student and parent concerns

 Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention

 Conduct parent meetings, feedback sessions, and review meetings

Required Qualifications & Skills :

 Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Education, or a related field

 2–7 years of experience in sales and operations management (EdTech/coaching

preferred)

 Strong sales leadership and negotiation skills

 Experience in managing targets, funnels, and CRM systems

 Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
