Full-Stack Developer

Job description

As a full-stack developer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable AI-driven ESG and sustainability solutions. You will work closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality software that empowers organizations to meet ESG and climate goals. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and passionate about modern web technologies, cloud computing, and delivering impactful solutions in the sustainability and climate-tech space. Key Responsibilities ● Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and testable code across the full technology stack ● Develop high-quality web applications and internal software tools ● Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless solutions ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features ● Analyze and optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and security ● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues ● Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and share knowledge ● Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices, and modern software development trends Qualifications & Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience ● 3+ years of hands-on software development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js ● Proven experience with React.js and modern front-end development practices ● Strong knowledge of database design and management (SQL and/or NoSQL) ● Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows ● Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing ● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred Nice-to-Have Skills ● Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) ● Front-end data visualization (D3.js, Chart.js) ● Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines ● Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Technical & Soft Skills Required ● Technical Expertise: JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB ● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills ● Adaptability: Willingness to learn and implement new technologies and frameworks ● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Collaboration: Commitment to teamwork, code reviews, and knowledge sharing ● Quality Focus: Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products
