Job description

Design and Project Management

 Lead and manage end-to-end design processes for multiple projects.

 Provide creative direction, technical input, and project oversight.

 Supervise and mentor junior designers/assistants.

 Ensure timely delivery of design outputs aligned with client expectations and organizational standards.

Client and Stakeholder Communication

 Represent the design team in meetings with clients, consultants, and architects.

 Take the lead in client interactions, especially in the absence of the Team Leader.

 Communicate effectively in English and the national/local language as required.
