The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. They should be well- organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the MD's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents, take minutes of meetings, follow up and close critical points in meetings, and report back to management. Responsibilities 1.Presenting, consolidating, and coordinating with various departments for monthly MIS PPTs and reports. 2.Daily Planner / Outlook Calendar Management which includes – Meetings & Events (Personal & Professional). 3.Organizing visas/visa Letters for MD / Directors & Overseas Visitors. Maintaining MD’s travel log and organizing travel – booking flights, hotels, car hire, etc. 4.Reconciling monthly expenses, and purchasing/paying personal bills for MD. 5.Online market research and making PPTs as and when required. 6.Organizing personal appointments, corporate & staff events, exhibitions & other events and possibly attending if required, organizing food/refreshments for business lunches and personal holidays/events. 7.Taking minutes at various management meetings & typing up minutes, following up and closing critical points in meetings, and reporting back to management. 8.Ad hoc paperwork & duties and other administrative activities as assigned by management.
