Job description

JD – Delivery Boy Key Responsibilities:

 · Deliver Packages: Safely transport packages to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

 · Load and Unload: Carefully load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.

 · Adhere to Routes and Schedules: Follow designated routes and delivery schedules provided by the company or supervisor.

 · Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 · Payment Collection: Collect payments for deliveries when required.

 · Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the delivery vehicle.

 · Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.

 · Communication: Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any issues.

 · Problem Solving: Address any problems or issues that may arise during deliveries, such as lost packages or incorrect addresses.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 High school diploma or GED.

 Valid driver's license.

 Clean driving record.

 Proven delivery experience is preferred.

 Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.

 Working knowledge of local roads and routes.

 Excellent time management skills.

 Effective communication skills.

 Exceptional customer service skills.

 Punctual and reliable.
