Job description

Role Overview We are looking for experienced CNC VMC Operators who can independently manage machine operations, maintain quality standards, and support daily production with precision and discipline. Key Responsibilities - Operate & set up VMC machines (experience with JYOTI controls preferred) - Read and interpret engineering drawings & process sheets - Manage cutting tools, cutting parameters, and precision measuring instruments - Handle G-Code / M-Code operations and basic programming - Prepare daily production reports - Coordinate with QC to ensure GD&T; and quality accuracy - Support turning machine operations as required - Maintain machine accuracy and follow production timelines Skills Required - Strong machining & mechanical knowledge - Understanding of GD&T; - Basic CAD/CAM & computer skills - Good mathematical ability - Detail-focused, disciplined, and quality-oriented - Effective communication and teamwork Added Advantage - Experience with VMC & Turning machine operation along with basic programming
