POSITION: Electrician

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

FUNCTION : MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

ROLE : SENIOR Electrician (MAINTENANCE)

Location : Bharuch, Gujarat

QUALIFICATION:

ITI in Electrical electrician from a reputed institute.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, spinning industry, preferably FMCG Food company.

2. Hands-on experience in SR. Electrician maintenance.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Senior electrician is responcible for overseeing electrical installation, maintenance and repaires.

2. Do Maintenance work as per schedule.

3. Attend daily Maintenance issues, breakdowns, and related electrical maintenance work.

4. Maintain a record of breakdowns, and downtime and generate reports logbook and sign them to Engineer & manager Maintenance.

5. Attending Preventive Maintenance as per schedule on time.

6. Attending Breakdown and correct it on time to reduce the Down time.

7. Possessing in-depth knowledge of various electrical systems , including power distribution , control systems , & lighting systems.

8. Maintain electrical schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly.

9. Replacing damaged or defective electrical parts of machine and components as needed.

10. Adhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations.

11. Prepare a monthly preventive maintenance schedule and its effective execution.

12. Maintenance of electrical motors, wiring modification , lighting maintenance etc.

13. Implement and record maintain of daily energy reading.

14. To ensure smooth function of all Machine equipment.

15. Trouble shooting of problem with best technical solution and preventive action

16. Support project activities.

TEAM MANAGEMENT:

* Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

* Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge. SAFETY COMPLIANCE:

* Do periodic machine maintenance Safety Audits. Take prompt actions on audit findings and ensure total machine maintenance safety.

* Inculcate a Machine Safety culture inside the plant, report incidents to the Safety department, and take corrective actions to stop future reoccurrence.

* Near miss reporting, unsafe acts, unsafe condition identification, and mitigation for a better & safer work environment.

REPORTS & MEETINGS:

* Prepare daily, monthly reports logbook.

* Prepare monthly PM and breakdown report logbook on Maintenance, including uptime of plant machinery, production loss due to machinery breakdown etc.…
