Experience (Years) - 2– 5 years Seniority Level - Mid Senior Level Location - Bangalore ( WTC) Working Days - Monday to Saturday Key Responsibilities : 1) Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. 2) Manage performance budgets efficiently to meet CAC, ROAS, and growth KPIs. 3) Build high-performing funnels through audience segmentation, ad sequencing, and remarketing strategies. 4) Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives aligned with brand identity and campaign goals. 5) Conduct regular A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages. 6) Set up performance dashboards and track metrics like CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, and attribution paths. 7) Monitor platform algorithms and trends to adapt campaigns in real time for better results. 8) Coordinate with marketplace teams to ensure alignment between brand storytelling and performance goals. Qualifications: 1) 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for D2C or consumer brands. 2) Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4). 3) Experience in Shopify/landing page integrations and performance tracking tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus. 4) Proven ability to analyze campaign data and draw actionable insights. 5) Strong creative instincts with the ability to brief and collaborate with design/content teams. 6) Experience working in a startup, D2C brand, or digital agency environment preferred.
