Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MBBS Abroad Admissions Counselor to guide students

aspiring to pursue medical education overseas. The candidate will be responsible for handling

end-to-end counseling, guiding students through the admission process, and ensuring successful

conversions for MBBS programs abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

 Counsel and guide students seeking MBBS admissions in foreign universities (e.g.,

Russia, Georgia, Philippines, Kazakhstan, Europe, etc.).

 Understand the student’s profile, aspirations, and eligibility to recommend the right

universities and countries.

 Explain admission requirements, application processes, eligibility, visa guidance,

and deadlines clearly to students and parents.

 Maintain a strong knowledge of MBBS program structures, fees, scholarship

opportunities, and licensing requirements (FMGE/USMLE/PLAB).

 Follow up with students to ensure application completion, document submission, and

visa processing.

 Collaborate with internal teams for applications, university coordination, and postadmission support.

 Achieve monthly student enrollment targets and maintain records of counseling

sessions.

 Minimum 2–4 years

 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to guide students and parents with patience and confidence.

 Proven track record of achieving student enrollment/conversion targets.
