Position - Senior IT Recruiter

Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore

Working Days - Monday - Friday(work from office) , Sat - work from home

Working Timings - 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across multiple functions.

 Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, networking, and headhunting.

 Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles based on technical requirements.

 Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

 Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and workforce plans.

 Maintain candidate pipelines for critical skills and upcoming requirements.

 Negotiate offers and ensure timely closures.

 Track hiring metrics and provide recruitment reports regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 5 to 10 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).

 Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and current market trends.

 Proven experience in hiring for niche and senior-level tech positions.

 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

 Experience with ATS tools and professional networking platforms.

Good to Have:

 Experience in startup/fast-scaling environments.

 Knowledge of competency-based interviewing.
