Vehicle Recovery Executive

Job description

Key Responsibilities: Recover financed or default vehicles as per company instructions. Coordinate with customers, banks, and recovery teams. Ensure recovery is done legally and safely. Maintain proper documentation and handover reports. Track vehicle locations and report daily recovery status. Follow company policies and code of conduct strictly. Handle customer interactions professionally. Ensure vehicle safety during recovery and transportation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10th / 12th pass. Valid driving license (2W/4W preferred). Knowledge of local areas and routes. Basic communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in field conditions. Physically fit and willing to travel. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in vehicle recovery or field operations. Basic mobile app usage for reporting. Understanding of loan and finance recovery processes.
