**Job Title:** Field Recruiter

**Salary:** Up to ₹25,000 CTC + T.A

**Location:** Gummidipoondi

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Job Summary**

The Field Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for blue-collar and field roles through extensive field sourcing, networking, and community engagement. The role focuses on achieving daily and monthly hiring targets while ensuring a continuous pipeline of manpower.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct field visits and mobilize candidates through local markets, job fairs, colleges, villages, and skill centers.

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, operational, and field-level positions.

* Develop and maintain a network of manpower suppliers, local agencies, community leaders, and field recruiters.

* Execute daily hiring activities to meet target numbers.

* Screen and evaluate candidates according to job requirements.

* Coordinate interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding.

* Maintain hiring dashboards and submit daily/weekly recruitment reports.

* Ensure timely closures of open positions through continuous field follow-up.

* Travel within assigned zones to maintain manpower pipeline.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

* Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

* Experience: **2 to 5 years of field recruitment or blue-collar hiring experience** is mandatory.

* Strong sourcing network in local and nearby areas.

* Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to achieve high-volume hiring targets consistently.

* Two-wheeler preferred (TA provided by company).
