Job Description – Warehouse Executive (Supervisor Role) Job Title: Warehouse Executive (Supervisor) Department: Operations – Warehousing & Logistics Location: Banaglore Warehouse ( Peenya Industry) Experience Required: 2-3 years in warehouse / inventory / logistics operations (preferably in ecommerce ) Salary Range: 25k -30k (depending on experience & fit) Position Open - 1 Overview of the Role We are a fast-growing ecommerce startup reimagining how consumers shop for everyday essentials. As a Warehouse Executive (Supervisor), you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of inventory, smooth dispatches, and maintaining accurate records. This role is critical in ensuring timely and error-free order fulfillment, supporting our rapid growth journey. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in the warehouse. Lead and manage warehouse staff (pickers/packers/loaders) ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs. Track and report on key warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, and stock reconciliation. Collaborate with operations, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve order/inventory issues. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Maintain documentation and records as per company and statutory requirements. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce / Business or equivalent. 1-2.5 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in ecommerce / FMCG / D2C. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or Excel. Ability to supervise a team and manage shift operations effectively. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. Flexibility A3:A27ronment.
