The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Cogos’ logistics solutions. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales and eager to grow in the logistics and supply chain industry. Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, and digital channels Promote Cogos’ logistics and transportation solutions to potential clients Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers Understand client logistics requirements and provide customized solutions Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute sales strategies Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data using CRM tools Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Required Skills & Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in sales (logistics, transportation, or related industry preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of digital tools and online platforms Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience in B2B sales within logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce Familiarity with CRM software Knowledge of last-mile delivery or fleet management solutions
