Job description

· Team Leadership:

 Supervise, support, and motivate a team of telesales representatives.

 Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.

 Monitor performance and provide regular feedback

 Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and one-on-one sessions.


· Sales & Strategy:

 Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.

 Monitor call quality and ensure high standards of professionalism.

 Collaborate with sales management to improve processes and scripts.

 Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.


· Training & Development:

 Identify training needs and organize relevant sessions.

 Mentor new team members and help with onboarding processes.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and data protection

regulations.


· Customer Experience:

 Handle escalated customer issues or complaints efficiently.

 Ensure the team maintains a customer-centric approach.

 Should ensure team as well as personal target should be achieved.
