Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core applications following best coding and architectural practices.
2. Work on microservices-based architectures, including service communication and integration.
3. Explain end-to-end project architecture clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Collaborate closely with onshore teams, participating in discussions, reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
5. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
6. Implement proper memory management, exception handling, and performance optimization techniques.
7. Participate in migration projects from .NET Framework to .NET Core, ensuring minimal downtime and performance improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
2. Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture.
3. Strong expertise in SQL (query optimization, joins, indexing, stored procedures).
4. Good knowledge of memory management and exception handling in .NET.
5. Ability to explain project architecture clearly.
6. Excellent communication skills with experience working with global/onshore teams.
7. Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred).
8. Good to Have / Preferred Skills
9. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and basic cloud services.
10. Experience working on migration projects from .NET Framework to .NET Core.
11. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
12. Exposure to containerization (Docker) is a plus.
13. Understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.
