Role Overview: Collection Specialist

You will be responsible for assisting customers with repayment guidance, explaining loan terms, and resolving queries in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate loan details such as due dates, repayment amounts, interest/charges, etc.

• Guide customers on available payment modes and how to make payments.

• Resolve customer queries related to loan disbursal and repayments.

• Maintain clear, polite, and effective communication during calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any full-time Undergraduate Degree

• Prior calling experience is an added advantage

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and clarity

• Must be proficient in English and Hindi
