URGENT HIRING for Recruitment lead

Qualifications: Master in Business Administration in Human Resources

Experience: 7+ years of recruitment in Non IT background

Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Work Days: 5 days in a week

CTC range: Upto 9lpa

Main Responsibilities

• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like

Job portals, professional connections websites)

• Use various sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms

• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

• Prepare and distribute assignments.

• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

• Monitor and report key recruitment metrics

• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board

Skills & Qualification-

· 7+ years of recruitment in Non IT background such as hospitality, school, edtech, etc.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving.

· Managing recruitment marketing campaigns.

· Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in standard English.
